Spaghetti, a long thin noodle pasta, is a staple food of traditional Italian cuisine. It is made of wheat and water like all other kinds of pasta. There are many different recipes for spaghetti but the most popular is with tomato sauce, meatballs and vegetables.
My recipe for spaghetti is different as the sauce in which chicken meatballs are prepared has some ingredients that I added like spring onions, red onions and sweet red chili. These aromatic vegetables give extra flavors to the pasta sauce with added chopped garlic and mix herbs.
The soft and juicy chicken meatballs mixed with ginger garlic paste, then shallow fried and added into the spaghetti sauce gives subtle flavors to it.
This is a very easy to prepare recipe perfect for family dinners and it takes very less time to prepare. I have used chicken thigh mince as it contains more fat which is good to give juiciness to meatballs as compared with chicken breast.
So, I would like you to try this different style of making spaghetti with some added ingredients with chicken meatballs which is so savory in tastes that you would want to make it again and again.

Ingredients :
For chicken balls
Chicken 500 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
White flour or Bread crumbs 1 tbsp
Oil for frying 1 cup (approx.)
For Sauce
Canned tomatoes 1 Tin
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped onions 1 medium to small
Chopped spring onions 1
Chopped sweet red chili 1
Salt as per taste
Ground black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Water as per requirement
Boiled Spaghetti 200 gm
Parsley for garnish
Parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)
Method
For Chicken balls
In a bowl, take minced chicken and add ginger garlic paste, ground black pepper, chili flakes, paprika powder, coriander leaves and salt into it. Mix all together.
Now add the bread crumbs or you can also add white flour into the minced chicken and make little balls of it.
Fry the prepared chicken balls in a shallow pan and keep them aside when golden brown in color.
For the Sauce
In a large pan add olive oil and when the oil is heated then add chopped garlic and saute it.
Add Chopped onions, spring onions and chopped sweet red chili into the garlic and saute them all together.
Now add all the dry spices like black pepper, paprika powder, mixed herbs and mix all well.
Now at this time add tomato puree or tinned tomatoes into it and add salt.
Mix all well together and cook on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes while covering it.
Add chicken balls into the sauce and further cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
Add water as per requirement if it is too thick.
When the sauce with chicken balls is ready then pour it on the spaghetti and sprinkle parsley leaves on it. Serve hot!
