This is one of the authentic pasta recipes which is of Italian origin and very popular in Italian culture. In Italy, Pasta is common dish and many varieties of pasta are available with local influences. This variety of pasta which I am making today is one of the favorites among the Italians. This pasta recipe is homemade and easy to cook.


This penne pasta is so delicious and easy to prepare and can be enjoyed at home as well without much effort but its taste is just awesome. The ingredients include are penne pasta, pasta sauce or fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese etc.


Italian cuisine is very famous worldwide but the availability of authentic Italian food is very rare in other countries. So, today my focus on an authentic Italian pasta dish and I hope that you'll like my recipe.

Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta 200 to 250 gm

  • Garlic 2 to 3 cloves

  • Salt as per taste

  • Mozzarella cheese one packet

  • Olive oil 2 to 3 tbsp

  • Onions 1 small

  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Cherry tomatoes 4 to 5 small

  • Water for boiling

  • Fresh parsley leaves 4 to 5

  • Red paprika powder 1/2 tsp

  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp

Method

  1. Boil the water in the pan and add a little bit of oil into it to avoid pasta sticking together.

  2. When the water starts to boil then add pasta into it .

  3. Boil pasta until it gets soft in texture and then rinse it and keep it aside.

  4. Now in a large pan, put some olive oil into it and add garlic.

  5. After saute the garlic for 1 minute, add chopped onions into the garlic.

  6. Add pasta into onions and garlic and cook it for few minutes.

  7. Now add black pepper, salt, paprika powder into the pasta and mix herbs.

  8. At this time, add fresh tomato puree or pasta sauce in the pasta and cook for a few minutes.

  9. When the pasta is about to ready, add a little bit of mozzarella cheese and mix well to melt the cheese into the pasta properly.

  10. Now switch off the gas and add cherry tomatoes and cover the pan for a few minutes.

  11. When the penne pasta is ready then sprinkle fresh basil leaves and small cubes of mozzarella cheese on the top.

Your Pasta is ready to enjoy it!
