Ingredients
100 gms Noodles
1 medium onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium green capsicum
Green beans 4 to 5
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
1 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 tsp curry powder
3 tsp tomato puree
Salt as per taste
A pinch of black pepper powder
Fresh red chili for garnishing
Chopped spring onion greens for garnishing
Cooking Instructions
Heat 2 tsp oil in a non-stick wok.
Remove from heat and cool a bit then take red chilli flakes and powder in the bowl and add that heated oil and keep it aside.
Heat 5 tbsp oil in another non-stick pan.
Add sliced onion to the wok and saute for a minute.
Cut green and red capsicum into thin strips and add to the wok along with ginger and garlic, saute well.
Add noodles and curry powder to the wok and toss well.
Add tomato puree, red chili sauce, rice, salt, and pepper powder to the wok and toss well to mix.
Let it get heated through.
Transfer the noodle rice to a serving dish, garnish with red chili and spring onion greens, drizzle some chili oil on top and serve hot.
