Pan toast fish with potato salad and garlic coriander sauce(Fusion Recipe)

This is my own fusion pan-fried fish recipe in which I have used sea bass fish which is pan-fried cooked in a little oil but very crispy from outside and soft from inside. Fish is cooked with salt, pepper powder, and paprika powder. This recipe of fish goes very well with garlic coriander sauce and that is the reason that it is a fusion recipe because this Asian sauce is served with this kind of fish and potatoes salad as a condiment. So try this recipe which is easy quick and healthy because it is cooked in very less oil and potatoes are boiled and yogurt is low in fat.

Ingredients


  1. Fish sea bass 2

  2. Salt as per taste

  3. Paprika powder 1/2 tsp

  4. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  5. Oil 1 tbsp

For Salad


  1. Potatoes 1 medium to large

  2. Onions 1

  3. Cherry tomatoes 3 to 4

  4. Lemon juice half lemon

  5. Chili flakes 1/2 tsp

  6. Black salt as per taste

  7. Bistro salad a bunch

  8. Olive oil 1 tbsp

For Sauce

  1. Yogurt 200 gm

  2. Black salt as per taste

  3. Coriander leaves 7 to 8 leaves

  4. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  5. Green chilies 2

  6. Garlic clove 1

  7. Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp

  8. Lemon juice half lemon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Before the fish to be fried in the pan, wash the fish and sprinkle some salt on it and keep it aside.

  2. Now in a bowl, put chopped onions, small cherry tomatoes, and small cubed boiled potatoes.

  3. Add some black salt, black pepper powder, and some red chili flakes. Mix them all together. Now add lemon juice into the salad and keep it aside.

  4. For the sauce, take in bowl low-fat yogurt and add the paste of garlic, coriander, and green chilies and mix them together.

  5. Now add the cumin powder, salt, black pepper powder, and lemon juice and mix all ingredients together and your sauce is ready.

  6. Now for the fish, remove the excess salt from the fish which was poured on the fish earlier to remove its smell.

  7. Heat the pan (preferably nonstick) and add oil into it. When the oil is heated then add the fish.

  8. Cook the fish from both sides on medium to large heat for few minutes and try to avoid it from burning by checking it regularly.

  9. When the fish is about to ready then sprinkle some salt, black pepper powder, and some paprika powder.

  10. The fish will be cooked in a very few minutes because the fish is already very soft so you do not need to cook it for too long.

  11. When the fish is ready then take it out and place on the large plate and with salad and sauce.

  12. Sprinkle some parsley leaves on the sauce and some onion rings on the fish for the final look.

Notes

  1. Black salt can be very good in taste with salad and sauce and can be bought from any Asian shop.

  2. For the fish, you can use any fish you like or available at your place.
