Today the recipe which am writing about is a fish recipe. In this recipe I have used sea bream, a round white fish. You can have it either as a starter or as a main meal. This is a delicate fish which can be baked, grilled, steamed and fried. In my recipe of this fish, I have not deep fried it but shallow fried it.
In this dish, I have marinated the fish with some Indian spices like turmeric, cumin and red chilli powder and then coated it with cornflour to give it a crisp texture from the outside.
This is a very quick recipe and you can make it in just half an hour. It is served with green coriander chutney and with some onions. You can also use any salad with this dish which you like.
I have used sea bream fish but you can also use any other fish like sea bass or whichever you like. So try this recipe at home and let me know your experience by commenting and please share it.
