A very classic Salt and Pepper Fish which is very famous around the world. A Chinese dish but now it has become world-famous and has many versions in different places.
My version of this recipe is different as I have added some aromatic ingredients to enhance flavours. Moreover, I have not deep-fried the fish as opposed to the traditional recipe. I have shallow fried this fish in a flat pan. The textures of the fish are still the same as it is in the deep-fried one.
This fish recipe does not take much time and can be served both as a starter or a main dish. You can have Salt Pepper fish with fried rice or noodles both of these go well with this fish recipe. You can also eat this with simple boiled rice.
You don’t need any extra sauce for this dish as it is already full of flavours and appetizing. This is my personal favourite dish which I cook often, especially on the weekends and enjoy with my family.
I am sure that once you will try my version of Salt and Pepper Fish recipe and you will love it.
