Cooking Instructions
For Grilled (Owen)
If you are using griller then preheat the griller on 180 degrees .
Put the marination on skewers and keep it in griller about 15 minutes .
Apply oil in between grilling with oil brush
When it turns golden brown then take it out sprinkle lemon juice or chaat masala and serve it any chutney you like.
For Charcoal grill
For this you need to prepare charcoals before cooking .
When charcoal starts to burn then put skewers of paneer tikka onto the charcoal grill and cook it for about 20 minutes and serve it hot.
For Grilled pan or tawa
The marination process is same but the difference is in the cooking utensils
This is quite simple and quick process and you can cook it quickly
Preheat the pan or tawa and then add oil so that paneer may not stick to the pan.
Put paneer tikka skewers on the pan and cook for 15 to 20 minutes from both sides and serve it hot with any sauce of your choice.
Notes
Brush oil on paneer tikka while cooking.
Always preheat the pan or griller
I personally add black salt to my marination but you can use normal salt if you want.
If you cant find chaat masala then you can skip it.
Paneer tikka is quick recipe so make sure it does not get burn
If you have no time then you do not need to marinate it for a long time.
Thank You!
