Pan fried chicken with stir fry vegetables

This is my own created recipe of chicken with stir fried vegetables and lemon cream sauce.

In this dish chicken is cooked in pan on slow heat and vegetables are stir fried separately in chicken stock.Then pour the cream sauce on it which is so smooth, sweet and sour in taste.

This recipe is low in carbs which is perfect in dinner,Vegetables used in this are broccoli,red green, yellow peppers and red onions cooked in soy sauce and some chilli sauce.This dish can be served in a dinner which is perfect as a light dinner.

Ingredients for chicken Ingredients for stir fried vegetables For Sauce

Chicken thighs : 2 Brockali half Creme Doble 1/2 cup

Oil 1 tbsp Bell peppers all three colours Lemon 1 tsp

Salt a pinch Red onions 1 Water quarter cup

Paprika powder a pinch Avocado half Parsley half tsp

Black pepper powder a pinch Salt a pinch Italian mix herbs 1 tsp

Soy sauce 1 tbsp Chopped garlic 1 clove

Chilli sauce half tbsp Sweet chilli sauce 1 tsp

Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp Salt as per taste

Chicken stock 1 cube

Black pepper a pinch

Cooking Instructions

  • For a chicken,take a shallow pan and add oil into it.

  • Put chicken thighs into it and cook it on the high to medium flame for around 10 minutes from both sides.

  • After about 10 minutes of cooking chicken,l now add salt into it and put the gas on the low flame and cover the pan to cook it slowly.

  • For vegetables, take out the wok and add oil into it.

  • Add chopped garlic into the heated oil and saute it .

  • Now add broccoli first and stir fry it .

  • After few minutes, add chicken stock into the broccoli and cook it for few minutes until it gets little bit soft.

  • Now add all other vegetables except the avocado.

  • Stir fry all the vegetables with chicken stock and here you can also add stock from chicken thighs which you are cooking simultaneously.

  • Now add all the sauces with salt and pepper.

  • Stir fry it for few minutes and the veges are ready to plate and in the end add sliced avocado.

  • Meanwhile check the chicken thighs, uncover the pan and now put tge gas on high flame and add paprika and black pepper powder with salt.

  • Cook the chicken for another few minutes and finally take out in the plate and put the chicken thighs on the vegetables..

  • For the sauce, take a pan and add lemon juice into it.

  • Cook couple of minutes and add creme into it and cook for another few minutes.

  • Now add chopped garlic,salt and all the herbs and cook it on the medium flame.

  • Now add the Sweet chilli sauce and check the taste and consistency of the sauce and if it is little bit thick and sour and sweet in taste then it is ready.

  • In a plate, put the vegetables and chicken onto it, now pour the sauce on the top of the dish and serve it hot.
