Quick and easy homemade Garlic Butter Naan recipe without oven and tandoor. This is North Indian delicacy which is popularly served with non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian foods like Daal Makhni, Paneer Butter Masala and butter chicken. Now you can enjoy this recipe at home without much efforts. This recipe can be prepared at any time with less preparations required before hand.
Course Lunch/Dinner Cooking Time: 10 to 15 mins

Ingredients:
Plain Flour 500 gm
Sugar 1 table spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Baking Soda 1 tea spoon
Water enough to make good dough
Curd 250 ml (1 cup)
Oil 3 - 4 table spoon
Butter As per taste
Coriander 10 - 12 leaves
Garlic 3 to 4 cloves
Cooking Method
In a bowl add plain flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Mix them all well.
Into the mix, add oil, curd and water (Add water as per requirement).
Kneed the dough properly till it gets soft in texture
Now keep the dough aside for about one hour
Take out the portion of dough to make a naan
Roll the portion using rolling pin to give it a round shaped Nan.
Naan can be stretched with the hands as well
Sprinkle chopped garlic and coriander leaves on the naan and press it slightly so that they don't fall off.
Now flip the side of naan and apply water with fingers on the plain side of naan so that it sticks to the pan.
Place the wet side of naan on heated pan (or tawa).
Now turn the pan (tawa) upside down on the flame. and when the naan gets brown spots then its ready.
Apply butter on the naan and serve it hot.
This delicious Garlic Butter Naan is best enjoyed with Butter Chicken and Chicken Bhuna.
