This is my own recipe of prawns which is spicy and flavorful and perfect to est as a snack or a starter. These prawns are cooked with very little ingredients. This is very quick recipe of prawns. Prawns are cooked with garlic and some spices. In this recipe, prawns are crisp and crunchy in taste.

When it comes to finish the recipe then add chaat masala or lemon juice onto the prawns.Your prawns are ready to eat.
Notes
The above first few points of cooking were for frozen prawns but rest of the method is same for fresh prawns as well.
Fresh prawns can be directly stir fried unlike frozen ones
If you have already unfreeze the prawns for few hours before cooking then you don't need to follow the above first 5 points.
Tandoori masala is optional.
Chaat masala can be bought from any Indian grocery shop but you can use lemon if it is not available.
Thanks!
