This is my own masala lamb chops recipe which is cooked with some dry spices and ginger garlic paste. It is appetizing and amazing in flavours.You can eat these masala lamb chops either in lunch or in dinner with rice, roti,or naan.this dish is not very complicated and time consuming.You can enjoy this with your family.

Ingredients
Lamb Chops 700gm
Onions 1 or 2 large (finally chopped)
Tomatoes 1 or 2
Oil 4 to 5 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Green chili paste half tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chili power or Paprika 1 tsp
Turmeric powder half tsp
Salt according to taste
Coriander powder half tsp
Black cardamom 1
Water 1 1/2 cup
Cooking Instructions
Take a pan and add oil into it.
When the oil is heated, add lamb chops into it.
Cook the lamb chops first on high flame for 5 minutes then on medium flame for around 10 minutes.
Now add all the dry ingredients in the lamb and stir it well on medium to low flame.
At this stage add chopped onions,black cardamom while keep on stirring the lamb.
After 3 to 4 minutes add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste and mix it well.
Cook the lamb first on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes and then add water into it.
Now cover the pan and cook on high flame for first 15 minutes and check the water quantity in between the cooking process so to avoid dish from burning.
After few minutes slow down the flame to medium or very slow according to the water consistency.
Check the softness of the pieces and water consistency.
If the lamb chops are ready and gravy is thick then switch off the gas and lamb ir ready to eat.
Notes
If you are using pressure cooker then cook on the high flame first for few minutes and then on the medium flame.
