Crispy minced chicken patty, seasoned with spices and topped with caramelized onions, soft sliced cheese, salad and blue cheese sauce. Very quick to cook and a perfect weekend recipe with family and friends.
This burger is different as it is made of minced chicken than the whole breast fillet. Crispy from the outside but soft and juicy from inside. Coated in flour seasoned with spices and egg yolk, which makes its outer layer crispy to give textures to the burger patty.
These crispy chicken burgers can be made either with the thigh minced or breast. Mixed with spices like black pepper, paprika powder, coriander powder and aromatics like ginger garlic paste.
I have used blue cheese sauce, light mayo and ketchup. You can use any sauce you like if blue cheese sauce is not available you can use garlic mayo as well.
For the salad, I have used caramelized onions to give more flavors to the burgers with tomato slices, lettuce and cucumber. So, try this yummy and crispy chicken burger recipe and enjoy it with your loved ones.

Ingredients for chicken patty
Minced chicken (Breast or Thighs) 300 gm
White flour 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika or red chili powder 1/2 tsp

White flour 4 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Ground black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Eggs 2
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Burger
Burger Bun for 2
Tomato 2 medium
Caramelized Onions 1 large
Lettuce 4 leaves
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Cheese slices 2
Blue cheese sauce 2 tbsp
Method
Take chicken minced in a large bowl and add ginger garlic paste, salt, chaat masala, paprika powder, coriander powder and black pepper. Mix all well.
Now add white flour to the chicken and gently mix everything.
Make round burger patties and keep them aside.
On a large plate put white flour, cornflour, black pepper, salt, garlic powder and mix well. Coat the chicken patties in this flour and keep them aside.
Whisk 2 eggs in a large round bowl and dip chicken patties in the eggs one by one.
Now again coat the chicken patties in the dry batter and fry them for about 4 to 5 minutes from both sides.
Once the burger patties are cooked then toast the burger buns.
Assemble the burger buns with patties, salads and sauces.
